Hello Halfpint01,

Thank you for posting a question.

Firstly, I do hope that you have now had the chest pains and tingling properly assessed.  I mention this because occasionally chest pain  can be due to a condition that needs urgent or even emergency assessment and treatment. So if you have not been assessed and you still have the symptoms it might be worth calling  your GP or 111 again. You might even want to consider going to the emergency department.  This is particularly the case when the pain is crushing and accompanied by, shortness of breath, nausea, sweating or feeling faint.

With regards to the depression, I am unsure if you have asked for any help with this. Your GP should be able to assist you.  You may also want to know about the NHS MoodZone website  as it has tips and information that are useful for people with anxiety and depression. There is also a section about Money Work and Benefits.

I do hope that things look up for you soon.  Do get back to us if you have any other questions. If you would like to telephone the number to call is Freephone 0808 800 4040 and the lines are open from 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.

Kind regards,
