So I'm so confused they told me grandad he has small cell lung cancer and he had to come for chemo today. When they got there it wasn't chemo it was a talk with an. Doctor and the chemo starts Wednesday. 

Now im so confused because they said to us if he didn't have chemo within 4 weeks he will be dead.  So now there waiting for another week? Which is like a quarter of the expected life they said... 

Ar the moment it's limited and all we're getting told is that it's a horrible rapid cancer. So what on earth are we doing waiting around ??!

what if it spreads badly in the next week??! And then there is literally no hope and no point starting chemo
