im sorry to hear of your experience, I am currently in the same situation and have my urgent referral app tomorrow and I am petrified!!

doctor made similar comments to my cervix which made me panic and I've had some bleeding and discharge too. I'll let you know how I get on.

i know it's scary but don't make the mistake I made and start googling! It's worst thing you can do, try to keep occupied and take your mind of it xx

Hi, 

so had my app today so they were so lovely. I've got a large polyp on my cervix whxih they removed and are sending Off to be checked.

but doctor said he wasn't worried about most polyps are fine, so he is expecting it all come back clear. So feeling bit better thank god xx

No I didn't either and his reaction was completely diff to my gp, so seemed quite worried. Yes feel so much better. I've made myself poorly worrying if I'm honest :( let me know how you got on. But I hope my app has given you some reassurance xx

I know every hospital is different but did you have to go alone? My letter says go alone unless you have a carer, but I really don't want to go alone .

Yes I had to go alone :(.

i has pain after sex as well as bleeding, heavy periods and abnormal bloody discharge and some pain. So was worried it was CC. The hospital staff were so lovely and had a nurse with me asking if I was ok throughout. When's your app? Xx

It's on Wednesday at 4pm.

Aww that's good then, I havent got any symptoms at all so I'm hoping it just looks different from having some removed before or something like yourself. 

I'm glad a nurse was there for you though, its always being alone x
