Hi I am new to this site, I had my mammogram recall last Tuesday 18th Dec

First I had to have what was explained as magnified mammograms so they could get a better picture of the problem area.

Then I saw a Doctor who examined me and used the ultra sound to see if she could find it but she was unable to.

So then I had to have a series of six biopsies taken. By this time we had been at the hospital 3 and a half hours, so with just the breast nurse to see to make my appointment for the results and any questions I had, have to admit that by now I was feeling knackered and very sore so was wanting to get home for a cuppa! but I did remember her calling it a calcification.

I would love to hear from any of you ladies that have been through this to try and give me a little reassurance before I go for my results which because of Christmas being in the middle are not until the 31st December.                                                             Many Thanks
