Breast cancer vitamin B12

Since being diagnosed with lobular breast cancer 2 years ago & having regular tests my white cell counts have been below normal every test . Now my MCH red blood is abnormally high . No one has ever mentioned to me relationship of B12 to blood levels , I did come across some studies that linked low levels to breast cancer . It explains my night leg cramps & hand tingling . Trouble is when you're post  mensupsal taking tamoxifen there's assumption that everything g relates to this . Any one experienced this ? Thoughts ?

  • Thank  you

I don't seem to be getting very far on this . The trouble is everything that is not obviously specific to your cancer is always pushed back to your GP . My lowering white cell count has been going on for 2 years now . Obviously having a lowered immune system isn't great in relation  to having cancer but no one seems to make these connections or offer suggestions or explanations .Sadly my experience is we are very very far from any  real holistic care
