bleeding after intercourse

I'm looking for women who have experienced the same and what was your outcome? ...

When my baby was 4 months old I started bleeding in between periods and after sex (i had the implant) Gynaecologist said I had a large ectropian treated it with silver nitrate and removed my implant.  This seemed to calm things down for a few months but the bleeding after intercourse came back, seen another gynaecologist who treated it again but low and behold the bleeding continued...

I was referred to colposcopy and very reassuringly was told my cervix was just friable but nothing else to worry about (done a smear and HPV test which both came back clear)

I am however still experiencing bleeding after intercourse, it's not just light spotting it's quite substantial pink/red bleeding which usually lasts at least 24hours.

I returned to my GP who said i've had all the tests and that some women just bleed i've to live with it.  but it puts me off having sex with my husband it's causing problems between us and every time I bleed I get a horrible feeling it just doesn't feel right...

Anyone in the same boat? i'm desperate to get this sorted
