Some very unusual shots today - I really like the middle two, especially the figures with the long shadows.   The rose bush is beautiful, a reminder of things to come!

Thanks Brian.

To all my forum buddies just a huge thank you for being you and many thanks for being along for 'my ride'.  Jules

Just thought I would share my last photos of 2017 (the moon was on the 29th and the sun tipped tree was taken as the sunset last night)

Thanks for these, Brian, love the pagoda house amid the trees, and of course the rainbow - very effective against that forbidding looking sky.

Very windy here like everywhere else, but has only blown over my overwintering geranium on the back step and an ornament at the bottom of the garden, though it has torn a neighbour's canvas gazebo cover to shreds.  Haven't been out yet so don't know what might have happened elsewhere!

Thanks Gemini, Hazel and Jules.

forest of Dragons Blood trees. Looks like an alien landscape. These grow on the island of Socatra

I hope you enjoy this varied selection, Brian.

Hi Brian

Those trees are weird and must be quite a sight to see when they first come into view.  Love the ship and the colours in the other choices.  Jules
