I am sorry to hear of your troubles. I understand how worried you are, I'm sorry.

I'm no expert, but I came here to contribute that for any random bad piece of news we hear (like the 23yo lady you mentioned), there are positive stories out there, too. I have been having a persistent back pain on my right side and it was down to posture while working. Of course that doesn't mean it's the same for you, but I mean that we tend to see bad stories in the news and not many random good ones (they don't make the cut :P).

Have you seen a doctor for you current armpit worry? It would put you at ease to get it checked. There's no point imagining bad scenarios, or guessing, better get it checked.

I'm excited for your pregnancy and for expanding your family. Get the lump and pains checked, and perhaps speak to some expert for mental health support. You can get the support you need from either side :)

Sorry to hear about your back pain, I hope it has eased for you now. Definitely one of the most interrupting pains out their. 

I managed to get a doctors appointment this morning amazingly and it all went well thank goodness :D

It's just me and my over worry, it does my head in xx 

She said the armpit lump was down to hormones and my back lumps were muscle ( bascially I need a good ol' deep tissue massage after this pregnancy )

But you're right about readying negative things, that's all the news ever seems to share unfortunately xx
