What will I be doing?

Would you like to make a difference in your local community for Cancer Research UK? Are you looking for a role where you can help to beat cancer sooner? Then look no further.

Our Cancer Research UK shops offer an experience like no other — we’re uniquely focused on delivering amazing customer experiences. And we raise valuable funds to help beat cancer sooner.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll understand all if the work that goes into running a charity shop. The Shop Manager along with other volunteers will show you the ropes for each of the different tasks in the shop so that you’ll feel confident to do them on your own. You could be serving customers on the till or helping them find something to buy. Whatever you’re doing we’ll make sure that you have the training you need to do a great job.
