Survey – What information should be included in online medical records about cancer?

Opportunity deadline: Sunday19 November

Location: Online survey

Time commitment: 15 minutes

About the opportunity

By 2018, everyone registered to a GP will have access to their medical records online.

Many patients can already book appointments, request prescriptions, view test results and add notes to their records online. Some hospitals are also offering this service to patients. This technology has the potential to provide valuable, useful health information that will empower patients and give people more knowledge and control over their health and care.

We want to hear what health information from Cancer Research UK you would find most useful when viewing medical records about your cancer. Your input will help make sure that our information is easily accessible at the time you need it most.

Take part in our survey and share your views.
