Survey - Share your views on how we communicate recommendations for the cancer treatment workforce

The demand on staff delivering cancer treatments is increasing, but this workforce are already under immense pressure. To help staff continue to deliver the best treatment and care for patients, we're developing a set of recommendations and we need your views to help us do this.

Opportunity start date: Saturday 1 April

Opportunity deadline: Sunday 7 May

Location: Online survey

We've been looking at how staff that deliver non-surgical cancer treatments in the UK can meet the needs of patients now and in the future.

Some areas in the UK have trialed new approaches to manage the increasing demand effectively. Now, we're recommending that other areas adopt these approaches to ensure that patients receive their treatment promptly and that there is staff capacity to support patients throughout their treatment. We'd like to hear your views on the approaches, to help us understand how these health professionals can best support patients through their treatment.

Complete our survey to read a summary of each example that affects the patient pathway and share your views on how we can ensure the recommendations have a positive impact on patients.

We may wish to follow up with some respondents based on their answers. If you're happy to be contacted for a further conversation about your views, you can give us your email address at the end of the survey. Your data will not be passed on to any party outside of the immediate project team.

Non-surgical cancer treatments are therapies such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, hormone therapy and immunotherapy. For more information on cancer therapies, please visit our webpages.
