About the opportunity
Drug consent forms for cancer patients are concise and informative, and support doctors to provide consistent information to their patients. The forms have a key role to play in starting useful discussions between patients and their doctors - and we want to ensure they are being used to maximum benefit. To support this, we are now forming a Steering Group to oversee the future development of the library. The current consent form library can be found here.
The role of the Steering Group will be to explore how we can promote the library and encourage consistent and effective use of the consent forms. We are looking for a patient representative to be involved in this initiative to ensure that the important perspective of people affected by cancer informs the project. To express your interest in the role and for a copy of the role profile, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
