You can make a real difference by offering the odd evening towards the planning and preparation of this 10k event. Every moment you spare helps bring in more money to beat Cancer.

What will I be doing?

The role will vary dependant on the skills of others in the committee. But overall the main objective and the end goal is to help put on a 21st birthday, 10K run and walk event in Chiswick. Runners and walkers from the surrounding areas flood the course and PBs are set – it is a very popular event which wouldn’t happen if it wasn’t down to volunteers dedicating their spare time to help organise. The logisitics of the event are decided by the committee and individuals will take on different tasks. Examples could be booking the field, the DJ, the band. Organising the marshalls, the timings, the layout. Posting on facebook, twitter or Instagram. Sourcing raffle prizes, sponsors, materials. Whatever skills or interest you have to bring please
