Taking place at the London Docklands and with over 13,000 competitors taking part, this triathlon is one not to be missed. Sign up today and swim, run & cycle to around this spectacular route. So whether this is your first triathlon or you are looking to smash your PB, you're guarenteed to have an amazing time.

- SuperSprint (400m swim, 10km cycle, 2.5km run)
- Sprint (750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run)
- Olympic distance (1500m swim, 40km cycle, 10km run)

Race day information
We will be at the pre race expo, held at the Excel Centre, make sure you visit us there for any last minute tips or cheering equipment.
On the day we will be out on the course, ready and waiting to scream your name, and will have cheering points along the running route.
Once the race is finished we will be holding a post race reception, again at the Excel, where we will have refreshments and massage therapists to help you relax after the race.
