Join Cancer Research UK in Europe's leading 10 mile race in Southsea, Portsmouth and help us to beat cancer sooner.
The course is fast and flat, with fantastic crowds and music to keep you going. What's more, you'll enjoy brilliant views of the Isle of Wight, and you could spot yourself on the televised broadcast on Channel Five.

Race day information
We'll be out along the course on race day to cheer you on. Look out for our incredible cheering teams.
Once the race is over, head over to the Charity Village, located in Castle Field, and pay us a visit at our post race reception where we will have massage therapists and refreshments to help you relax after the event.
