Run, jog or walk along Britain’s longest waterways, from London to the picturesque Chilterns.
From the heart of London through to the 'hidden green corridor' out towards the Chilterns the scenery will surprise you as walk, jog or run the Grand Union Canal towpath.
Join our team and choose the distance that best suits you:
100km: To take on the full distance there will be an entry fee of £49 with a minimum sponsorship pledge of £475
50km: To take on the 50km route the entry fee will be £39 with a minimum sponsorship pledge of £295
25km: To challenge yourself with the 25km distance there will be an entry fee of £30 with a minimum sponsorship pledge of £175
N.B. You'll need to have raised 50% of your sponsorship target 6 weeks before the event to confirm your place. But don't worry; we've got loads of fundraising tips and support to help you achieve this.
If you want to take on the ultimate test of determination, you wont be alone and there are numerous ways you'll be supported on your journey:
- WALK IT! RUN IT! JOG IT!
- Join as a Team or as an Individual
- Free massage, hot meals, drinks & snacks en-route
- Finishers medal, T shirt, glass of bubbly!
- Relay option available – team of 4, with each taking on ~25km

Race day information
We will be there at the start line ready to see you off on your epic challenge, so make sure you look out for us at the event village. We will also have cheerers along the course ready and waiting to give you that boost you need.
