The route at Roundhay Park is a mixture of grass, paths and woodland tracks - some of which cross through streams. Depending on weather conditions the course can get very muddy and slippy. Although this isn't a course to be setting a new personal best, trail shoes will help you maintain grip and get a faster time.
Please make sure you bring spare layers for the cold autumn weather and dress appropriately for the conditions.
The race will be chip timed using ResultsBase.
The timing chip is a blue loop that attaches to one of your trainers and will be sent out to entrants before the event.
