Join us for the 2016 Open Evening at the Cancer Research UK Leeds Centre and find out more about our life-saving work. Enjoy presentations from senior staff including Centre Director Dr Reuben Tooze and brain surgeon Dr Ryan Mathew, visit a laboratory, view a pathology ‘powerwall’, put your questions to an expert panel, get hands-on with table-top activities and chat with our researchers. Places are limited and must be booked in advance. They will be allocated on a first-come basis so don’t miss out, book your ticket and make sure of a place – we very much look forward to welcoming you to the Centre.
Stalls open from 6pm, Welcome and first presentation at 7pm.
Event rules and public information: Minimum age for attendance is 14. Children aged 14 and 15 will only be allowed laboratory access with a responsible adult. When you book a ticket you will be sent an e-mail detailing the various options available on the evening – laboratory tours, presentations etc – you will only be able to select one option and will need to submit your option in advance of the evening.
