Bark For Life 2017
About Bark For Life
Bark For Life is a sponsored dog walk organised by Cancer Research UK's Relay For Life Nottingham Committee.
You can choose to walk either 5K or 10K through the beautiful Rushcliffe Country Park.
Bark For Life also honours the life-long support and love our canine friends provide.
The route is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs, and will be on woodland paths and surfaced lanes.
On the day
At Bark For Life, dogs and their owners pay to take part in a 10KM or 5KM around the beautiful Rushcliffe Country Park – other family members are also welcome but the emphasis is on our canine friends as it is for these who sponsorship/donations to beat cancer will be obtained!
On the day there will be:
- Doggie games
- Top dog & fancy dress contest
- Music and Refreshments
- A Fun Dog Show by Yew Tree Canine Society - (New for 2016)
- Poochtastic Stalls
- Professional photography tent
Bark For Life is a chance to spend a few hours with family, friends and your beloved dog in the great outdoors whilst raising those essential funds to research all 200+ cancers.
