Join our May Day Triathlon team and embark on a medieval adventure.

Ready for a challenge? Take on the May Day Triathlon at the Kings School, home of King Alfred the Great. Start by swimming 200m with other participants of similar abilities. Then, cycle 11km out of the heart of the medieval city of Winchester, into the wilderness of Hampshire. Ride past the quaint village of Sparsholt and the home of the Winchester Duathlon, Lainston house.

Take on the final part of the Triathlon with a 2.5km run. The route will take you on footpaths and around the flat school playing fields. Feel the incredible atmosphere as spectators cheer you on and give you that final push.

Wait no longer - join the CRUK team today.
