Working with others
The process of taking scientific research all the way from the laboratory bench to the patient's bedside can be long and arduous. We work in partnership with others to achieve the greatest impact in the global fight against cancer.
Collaboration and a free flow of information is essential to ensure the rapid progress of cancer research and to bring maximum benefits to those facing cancer.
This is happening right now through a wide exchange of information within the cancer research community, both in the UK and throughout the world.
We also work with industry, primarily through our Clinical Development Partnerships programme. This programme aims to increase the number of clinical trials being undertaken for the treatment of cancer.
