Yes, however applications for PAC bursaries are now closed. If you are not successful in obtaining the bursary you will need to cover your own registration. If you have any concerns or queries about this, please email the conference team at EDconference@cancer.org.uk.

I am a patient/carer who has been granted a PAC bursary. I have already paid registration, will I be able to claim this back?

Yes. If you are successful in gaining a PAC bursary we will refund you the full registration. If you have any queries about this process please email the conference team at EDconference@cancer.org.uk.

I am a patient/carer who has already paid registration but have not yet applied for the bursary, will I be able to claim this back?

You will need to apply for the PAC bursary, if you are successful we will refund you the registration fee. If you are not successful you will need to cover your own registration. If you have any concerns or queries about this, please email the conference team at EDconference@cancer.org.uk.

I am interested in exhibiting at the conference, will you be hosting exhibition stands?

Are there any conference sponsorship opportunities?

No, at present we are not planning any sponsorship opportunities for the Early Diagnosis Research Conference.

I am submitting an abstract for the conference, do you offer a special registration rate?

All delegates, except for those who are successful in receiving the PAC or early career researcher (ECR) bursaries will have to pay the full registration fee to attend the conference. The registration fees act as a contribution towards the conference, the funds accrued will be used purely to cover the costs of the conference. We have a track record of providing successful conferences, and feedback from delegates has proven that previous conferences have been positive and valuable experiences.

I have been offered a poster presentation, will I have to attend the conference on both days?

We would like all delegates who have had their abstracts accepted to be available to present their poster at the conference on both days.
