Here's how to get involved with Furle.
We accept a number of designer and premium high-street brands, including Reiss, Whistles and Ted Baker. We are unable to accept high-street brands such as Topshop, H&M and Zara. Please see our accepted brands page for more details.
We do accept menswear, provided the items are on the accepted brands list and in good condition.
Unfortunately, we do not currently accept childrenswear.
Some! We do accept shoes and bags from brands on the accepted brands list, but are unable to accept nightwear, lingerie, underwear, socks, hats, gloves, scarves, belts or jewellery.
You can send as many items as you can fit into your postage bag, provided they are on the accepted brands list and in good condition. We will reimburse your postage up to a limit of £15.
Sorry, we cannot accept items that are damaged.
It depends. We value each item individually. Our Guide Prices infographic gives an indication of what to expect.
We value each item you send individually. You can decide whether you accept each offer. For the offers you accept, we’ll pay you via PayPal. For the offers you reject, we will send the items back to you free of charge, unless you want to donate those items to us (see question 12).
We’ll transfer payment to you via PayPal so you’ll need to have a PayPal account. You will be asked for your PayPal account email address when you register with us.
When you respond to our offers, you will be given the chance to let us know your postage cost. We will reimburse this (up to a limit of £15) by adding it to your total payment. Please keep evidence of this cost as we may ask you for it.
Yes, you can still reclaim your original postage costs from us, up to a limit of £15.
No, if you would prefer not to receive the items back then you can simply leave them with us as a donation to Cancer Research UK.
Your clothes will be sold on by us, helping to raise funds for our life-saving work.
