How to listen to the Cancer Research UK podcast

There are two ways to listen to the Cancer Research UK podcast:

Listen online

This is the simplest way to hear the podcast, as the show is streamed online from the website and won’t be saved to your computer.

Simply click the '"Download the latest podcast here" link on the main podcast page and the show should start playing automatically, through your default media player. It may take a few minutes for the Podcast to start. If you can’t hear anything, check that the volume on your computer speakers is turned up.

Download the podcast

This means you can save the programme to your computer and listen to it later.

To download the podcast using a PC, right-click here and select “Save target as...”. This will allow you to save the podcast as an mp3 file to any location on your computer.

On a Mac, press the 'Apple' key and click on the link to save the file.

Once you have saved the file, you can play it at any time simply by double-clicking it, as you would with any file, and it will open in your computer’s media player. You can also then copy the file to your portable mp3 player, or you can add the file to your iTunes library, to go onto your iPod.
