Track your drinking with our alcohol gadget

Ever wondered how much alcohol you drink? Cancer Research UK have teamed up with Essence Media to create an online "Alcohol Tracker" gadget that will allow you to:

  • track how much alcohol you're drinking over time.
  • compare your drinking to recommended levels
  • compare your drinking to average levels for your region and age
  • get feedback on your drinking habits

How do I use the gadget?

The gadget is easy to use and easy to set up. It will sit on your Google homepage and can be used from any computer.

To use the gadget, you need a Google account. If you don't have one, don't worry - it's free and you can easily sign up for one by clicking on the link and following the online instructions.

Once you have done this, or if you already have a Google account, you can install the gadget on your Google homepage.

Do I need to enter any personal information?

You do not need to enter any personal information to use the gadget but it will work better if you provide a few details. To find out more, read our policy on how the data from the gadget will be used.
