Don't give up hope!
From Mrs Cheryl Schroven
I would like to let all cancer patients know, that having cancer does not mean it's all over. In fact it is just a fresh new start (even if things are quite bad). I was diagnosed with cancer in 2003 and was given 6 weeks to live.
Well here I am after 8 months chemo and a months radiation. I have been nearly clear for 3 years now. I also had my treatment in South Africa where there is no NHS, so if you don't have a medical insurance you have had it "financially". But despite all that, I made it through, and this is how: my friends, my family, my faith, my drive to live, my positive attitude, healthy eating, and meditation.
It can be done. Be strong and never give up hope.
