Cancer Research UK is the largest cancer research organisation in the world, outside the USA. We are the European leader in the development of new anti-cancer drugs. We fund research on all aspects of the disease from its causes, to treatment and prevention, education and psychological support for patients.
We are also committed to producing high quality information for people affected by cancer, health professionals and the general public. We do this through our patient information website, News and resources website, and through our range of health awareness leaflets.

Crossroads Care and The Princess Royal Trust for Carers merged in April 2012 to form the Carers Trust. It works to improve support, services and recognition for anyone living with the challenges of caring, unpaid, for a family member or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or addiction problems. And they provide access to desperately needed breaks, information and advice, education, training and employment opportunities. They have offices in Scotland and Wales that can be contacted through the website or the London office. In Scotland, the Trust has kept the name The Princess Royal Trust for Carers.
