To edit your Giving Page, you'll need to log in to your account. Once you've logged in, go onto the Giving Page you want to edit and hit the Edit button in the top-left.
If you haven't already, you can log in here.
First, go to the Giving Page you want to share.
You'll find a Share page button near the top of the page. Or, once you're on the page, you can copy the web address and paste it into a message or on social media.
There are a couple of things you can do here.
If you're happy to keep the page online, but want to stop taking donations, you can change the closing date of your page. To do this, you'll need to go to your Giving Page and hit the Edit button in the top left. Then you'll need to edit the Page closure date to a date in the past. This will mean your Giving Page won't take any more donations!
If you'd like to take the page off the site completely, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get that sorted for you.
There are a couple of options that might solve your problem.
If you’ve set up a page in error, we can remove that page for you if you wish. If you'd like to take the page off the site completely, you can email us at email@example.com and we'll get that sorted for you.
Or, if you’ve got two pages that both have donations on, we can merge them together and total the donations for you. You’ll need to drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you could include the following information, that would really help:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The URLs of both the pages you want to merge
