Once you've created your page, you can email your friends and family a link to it so they can sponsor you online using a credit or debit card. All donations are fast, easy and secure and will be sent electronically to the Bobby Moore Fund. What's more, all donations made by UK taxpayers will automatically be subject to Gift Aid. Training adviceDownload a Cancer Research UK training planner (PDF) – your essential guide on on how to prepare and train for your run. After your runFor at least a few days after your run, you will need to take it easy in order to recover. To aid your recovery go for a nice easy walk each day for a few days. This will help your legs to recover faster and you will feel better for it. After about a week, try to do some running again in order to maintain your fitness levels and make the most of all the hard work you put into your run. Sending in your sponsorship moneyPlease post us your sponsorship money along with your sponsor forms so that we can claim Gift Aid where appropriate. Your cheque(s) should be made payable to 'The Bobby Moore Fund'. Please do not send cash payments through the post. The forms and your cheque(s) should be sent to:
The Bobby Moore Fund Once we have received your sponsorship forms and your cheque(s), we will post you a receipt acknowledging the amount you have raised. Please note that it may take up to 14 working days to process your cheque(s). Thank you for supporting the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK.
