If you have a question about raising money online for the Bobby Moore Fund, the answer should be below.

Absolutely! Please get your place first, otherwise you may start raising money for us for an event you cannot take part in.

As soon as your event is confirmed, so that you have the longest possible amount of time to raise sponsorship money.

Don't worry, you can go back and edit your page via the "your account" link at the top of the page, using your login details that you set up with Justgiving.

Your total is always displayed on your web page, plus you can log into "your account" to see more detail.

You can specify your own page expiry date from a drop down list provided. However, we recommend until 8 weeks after the date of your event, at which point your page will close automatically.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your page (e.g. your friends/family tell you that they weren't able to donate to you), please contact Justgiving directly on 0800 028 6183 or help@justgiving.com.
