Organising your own fundraising

Join the team to tackle bowel cancer

Do some fundraising for the Bobby Moore FundWhy not join the Bobby Moore Fund team and help us tackle bowel cancer? Whether big or small, organising your own fundraising activity is a brilliant way to keep in touch with Cancer Research UK and help us with our life-saving work.

Please call our hotline on 0871 641 2213 to request a fundraising pack – we'll then send you advice on how to organise your own fundraising event.

If you've never fundraised before don't feel daunted - our packs are full of information and ideas to get you started. You'll receive help, advice and a step-by-step guide for organising your own event, to make it as fun and stress-free as possible.

Here are some ideas on how to get started:

  • organise a quiz
  • throw a fundraising party
  • organise a sporting event
  • hold a 'football fun' day with a local school which encourages kids to lead a healthy lifestyle.

These are just some of the things you could do to help raise money for bowel cancer research and help save thousands of lives each year.

If you have any other fundraising ideas of your own and would like help and advice please call 0871 641 2213.
