Birmingham Cancer Research UK Centre
The Birmingham Cancer Research UK Centre unites world-class scientists, doctors and nurses based in the region to work more closely on beating cancer. Bringing together experts in the West Midlands will ensure that new lab discoveries are developed promptly to help improve the care of patients. The 'virtual' Centre is a partnership between Cancer Research UK, the University of Birmingham, University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust and Birmingham Children's Hospital Foundation Trust.
The Centre is directed by Professor Paul Moss, Head of the School of Cancer Sciences, University of Birmingham.
