More help for your training

  • Map your run. Measure and plan your running routes on the Map Runner website. You can use it to plan new routes to keep your training varied and interesting.

  • Reduce your risk.
  • Keeping active can make a real difference to both your mental and physical health and help reduce your risk of cancer.

  • Be SunSmart. Make sure your skin is well protected when you train out in the sun. Cover up and use factor +15 sunscreen, take care not to burn and drink lots of water.

Remember to be safe, tell someone where you are running and when you expect to return, take an ID with you and wear reflective clothing if running at night.
