Starting and finishing in the event field at the back of Ickworth House, the multi terrain course passes through the beautiful grounds around the house and through ancient woodland. There are a couple of challenging hills along the route.

Thank you to everyone who entered Ickworth House Run 10k. It was a brilliant event, which saw over 670 men and women come together to complete the 10k course, and raise money for Cancer Research UK's vital work.

We'd also like to thank all our volunteers, sponsors and media partners who kindly gave up their time to make the event happen – your support is really appreciated.

Remember, Run 10k isn't over until you send back your sponsorship money. This year we hope to raise £82,000 from the Ickworth House event, so don't delay in sending yours in!
