The course is on a mixture of grass, tarmac and woodland paths with some challenging hills.

The route takes you through beautiful woodlands and provides some spectacular views over Bristol and the surrounding countryside.

Thank you to everyone who entered Ashton Court Estate Run 10k. It was a brilliant event, which saw over 1,000 men and women come together to complete the 10k course, and raise money for Cancer Research UK's vital work.

We'd also like to thank all our volunteers, sponsors and media partners who kindly gave up their time to make the event happen – your support is really appreciated.

Remember, Run 10k isn't over until you send back your sponsorship money. This year we hope to raise £116,000 from the Ashton Court Estate event, so don't delay in sending yours in!
